Family Time

We were all missing Aria....she took a school trip to Spain. I was having the hardest time with it, I missed my little girl.

Tanner was such a smart boy he was learning to use the potty already.

He loved dancing with his big sister Mia!

Tj and I had so much fun teaching him how to talk.

Cant wait for Aria to get home though its not the same without her!

Time flies by way to fast!!!

Tanner is now 2 and the girls are almost done with school. I cant beileive how fast my children are growing. I enjoy every minute with them and try not to think about the girls moving out!

Tanner always seems to have a sparkle in his eye. He is such a wonderful child!

Tj and I loved having a little baby around the house again. With the girls it was always busy because their was two of them but now with one Tj and I have so much more time to spread our love out evenly!

Tj is such a good father and he is very proud of his son!

Aria and Mia's surprise

We thought it would be a good gift for the girls if we got them a car for their birthday. We seen this truck for sale down at Bob's Garage and thought it would be a god fit for the both of them to share.

New Baby

Our new baby BOY arrived within the next week. He weighed in at 6 lbs. 2 oz. and was 18 in. long. He was a tiny little thing. He was only 2 weeks old when they brought him to us. We named him Tanner.

Tj and Tanner bonded right away. He loved sitting in his bedroom reading to him. It seemed to always put him right to sleep. He was a wonderful baby!

I was so happy with the choice we made. I wouldnt have it any other way!

Discussions

Tj and I had talked about having more children when the girls grew up. Now that the girls were teenagers I was getting the "baby itch" more then ever! Ive always wanted to adopt a baby and we had plenty of room for another child or two! I thought while I was making dinner that evening that I would discuss this with Tj after the girls go to bed.

I told Tj that I wanted to talk to him about something important. I could tell that he was sorta nervous about that. I didnt know how he would feel about adoption.

After we talked and I told him I was thinking about adoption he just kinda sat there and looked at me for a while. I thought to myself that he thought I was crazy. We were perfectly capable of creating our own child. But there are thousands of babies out there that need families now. We could always have more children of our own later. Tj looked at me and told me that he thought it was a wonderful idea! I was SO SO HAPPY!

It was settled then WE WERE ADOPTING!!!

I made the phone call to the adoption agency that next morning. I couldnt wait to have a ity bity baby around again. The girls just seemed to grow up so fast!

TEENAGERS!!!

It was the girls' birtday once again. Everything in the house was all in its place and now it was time for their party. They were becoming TEENAGERS!!!!

The girls were really excited to be getting older!

Our new home

We had to buy some furniture to fill it all up but we love it. The girls love having their own space yet still being close to each other. Perfect fit for us!

New house?

One Saturday morning Tj and I left the girls at home so we could go look at a couple new houses.

Now that the girls were getting bigger we were out growing our two bedroom home. Plus Tj and I were thinking it would be nice to have some more little feet running around too ;)

We looked at couple houses around town but nothing really caught our eye. We loved our home we had now and wanted similar features in our new house. Just when we thought we should just stay put our realtor got a phone call about a new house that came on the market. We decided oh what the heck mise well go look at it.

The house was amazing.....it was big enough for our family to grow into and the color was the exact same as our home we had now. We loved it! It didnt take very long for us to decided that this was the house for our family. So we went back to our realtors office to start the paper work!

The morning after their birthday Tj and I set up a bunch of things in the back yard for them to play on. Jungle gym, Swingset, Slide, and a Sandbox

Aria and Mia's Birthday party

Tj had taken the girls to the park today and while they were gone I got the back yard set up for their party.

I couldnt beilieve my girls were becoming school age kids already! Seemed like just yesterday that we brought them home from the hospital! Tj and I got them all new clothes, of course some matching. We loved having twins even though sometimes they were handfuls! Im sure there are worst times to come. THE TEENAGE YEARS!! EEEKK

Walking and Talking

The girls were growing up so fast! They went from crawling to walking in a matter of one month. Tj and I were amazed. But no matter what we did they were always managing to get into something. Its like they teamed up on us . LOL

Then after we got them walking around, the next thing was we could never keep them quite! It was so cute to hear them talk to each other but when 12:00 am came around and you could still hear them chattering away in their room it got to be a hassle!
