New do!

While we are the mall in Miami Tj went to take the kids to the play area. I snuck away and decided to change things up a bit. I had been thinking about cutting my hair but never got the nerve up to do it.

Tj was shocked but LOVED it. I feel very fresh now!

Shopping

Now that the weather is changing Tj thought it would be a good idea to get some winter clothes for all of us. So we took a little road trip to Miami and we even got to see my parents.

The girls were pretty much set for clothes but I found the cutest matching outfits for them and I just had to get them!

I traded in the tiny bikini for a more "mom" swim suit

Since I couldnt walk around in my sexy little underwear any more I found something that was still sexy but I was covered up

Play time

Aria and Mia both love the hand made toy box and toys their Grandpa Sercery made for them. I swear the could spend hours and hours playing together in there.

I thought these pictures would cheer up Grandpa and Grandma Sercery since they dont get to see the girls that often.

Bed time without Daddy :(

Daddy Tj had left shortly after diner to go help his dad and uncle with some things around their place. So bed time was left up to Mommy! We all had baths and got our tummys full.

While Aria was finishing up her night time bottle I got Mia and got her ready for bed.

Next up was Aria. Clean diapers and binkies and both were set for the night.

Everyone gets hugs and kisses.

Tj wanted me to take lots of pictures while he was gone so he wouldnt miss a thing in their lives.

Time Flies By!

Before we knew it the girls were turning one already.....That year had flown by in the blink of an eye. We had a family get together for the girls at Tj's parents house. It was very special because my parents and grandma was able to come also.

EVERYTHING PINK!

I was so happy that I got not only one baby girl but TWO!

I couldnt wait to get them home and have my family all together there.

Tj and I had ordered everything for the girls offline at the hospital. Both of our parents came down to meet the girls. Our dads decided it would be nice if they went home and started painting the girls' room. Our moms went with to put the last finishing touches on the nursery. They did a great job! Tj and I couldnt be happier!

Birth Announcement

When we got all checked in the nurses hooked me up to the moniter. They kept getting two heart beats and thought they were picking mine up along with the baby. No matter what the nurse did she couldnt get just the babies. She had made a phone call to my doctor and he said that they should do a ultra sound. At this point I was getting kind of nervous. They wheeled in the ultra sound machine and got set up. When the nurse pulled up the image on the computer she had a surprised look on her face. She looked at Tj and I and told us that we were having TWINS!!!!

They then took me in for an emergency c-section. Because my body frame was so small they didnt think I was going to be able to give birth naturally to twins. It wasnt in our birth plan but as long as the babies were healthy then it was fine with Tj and I.

A couple hours later we got to meet our baby.......GIRLS

We have fraternal twin girls.

Aria had Tj's skin tone and Mia had mine.

But they both came with Tj's beautiful brown eyes!

ITS TIME!

That next day I was so uncomfortable. I couldnt even lay down....I was starting to have sharp pains in my stomach about every 15 minutes. Tj told me to go take a hot bath and that should help ease the pain. Before I jumped in the tub he snapped a picture of my belly.

I sat in the tub for a long time because that seemed to really help. Tj kept coming in checking on me. It was getting late and I could tell he was getting tired. I told him just to go on to bed and I would be there in just a little while. I got out of the tub and into my pjs. I was walking to the kitchen to get some water to drink when all of a sudden I felt a trickle down my leg. Then a big WOOSHH

MY WATER BROKE!

I yelled for Tj to come quick. It was time the baby was coming. The contractions started in right away. And OH MAN were they painful!

Tj wasnt the calmest person at this point. He didnt like seeing me in pain. He finally calmed down and threw some clothes on, got my hospital bag and got the car ready. In between contractions I got myself some clothes on and headed for the car.

Once we got the Tj dropped me off at the door and went to go park the car. I got myself all checked in the nurses took me up to OB.

Getting antsy

Tj and I were both getting antsy for the big day to get here. We wanted to meet our little one soon. The doctor said that I could go at any day now and just to be careful.

I was starting to get uncomfortable and sometimes spent most of my time in bed.

I could hardly paint anymore because my back hurt so much. I was kind of afraid this seemed like a big baby!

I was always cleaning and picking stuff up. And even at times Tj was getting on my nerves! But I just learned to calm down because I knew it was just my emotions.

Maternity Pictures

A few months later we contacted a local photographer to come to our house and take some maternity pictures. I wanted to capture this special moment and be able to look back on it.

I was getting pretty big and was already 26 weeks. Only a few more weeks till I was full term and the baby could come at anytime!

I was falling more and more in love with Tj...he always was touching or talking to my belly. He wanted his baby to know who its daddy was right away!

Little Bump

I loved to see my belly growing. It was an amazing feeling to know and feel a little life growing in there!

As you can see my bump is getting a little bigger. This is my 11 week picture.

My favorite thing to do in the morning after I get done eating breakfast is to lay on the bed and just watch and feel our baby move around in there. This baby is so active already. I dont think there is a time that goes by that I dont feel him or her moving around. Almost like there is more then one in there ahahaha!

Little butter flies

Like I said we werent planing on having kids this soon but we were so excited. I called and told my parents and they were even more happy. I was so happy my life was going just as I had wanted it to go!

Over the next couple of weeks the morning sickness went away and I started to get a little baby bump. Tj and I went to the doctor for the first prenatal visit. He told us that I was measuring a bit bigger then I should be for 10 weeks but that everything looked fine. I had even started to feel little butterflies in my stomach now.

We had talked about if we wanted to find out what we were having and we decided to let it be a surprise. We were both happy with what ever we got!

Tj was in awe that he could feel them to! I knew he was going to be great daddy!

Tj and I both were reading up on becoming parents. I paid special attention to the labor and delivery part. That part I was nervous about! :/

Morning Sickness

This went on for the next couple days. I thought I was coming down with the flu. When I talked to my mom she thought it was something else. I knew I wanted a family but me and Tj werent trying right now because I wanted to finish school first.

I spent most of the mornings sleeping off this ICKY feeling. It was the only thing that really eased the feeling.

Tj thought I had better take a pregnancy test the next morning just to be on the safe side. He made me soap and watched all the sappy love movies with me all day. I cried like a baby through all of them. Why was I so emotional?

The next morning I woke up and took the test right away. Those three minutes felt like a life time. I waited and waited. Tj was still sleeping, I could hear him snoring from the bathroom. I heard the test beep so I took a deep breath closed my eyes and picked up the test. I held it in my hand for a moment...I peeped open one eyed to look down at the test and sure enough it read

PREGNANT

I couldnt believe it!

I ran in and told Tj! He about fell of the bed. This had happen so fast. But we were both so excited. There was a little baby growing inside of me. I guess mothers do know best and my mom was right it wasnt the flu!

What could this be?

Tj and I didnt get to go on a honey moon since I had school. I was just about done with schooling so that gave us time to save for the dream VACA we were dreaming of. Life was going good now that we were married and Tj had moved into my house with me. I love having him there all the time. I wasnt so lonely anymore at night that was for sure!

I was painting alot more and getting really good at it. My paintings were selling left and right which made me really happy! I loved what I was doing and if I could make a living off of it that made it even better.

I got up early one morning to finish a painting. As soon as I got outside and the fresh air hit me I felt very sick! I thought this was very weird, this has never happened to me before.

I stood there for little bit to see if that sick feeling would go away but it just kept getting worse. I headed inside when it hit me like a flash of lighting.

I got to the bathroom just in time. What was going on with me ??

Happily Ever After

I can truly say that I have got my happily ever after. He is mine always and forever!

Wedding

After I got the news about my Grandpa I knew that time was just to precious and there was no reason to wait to get married. I told Tj that I wanted to make it official between the two of us and didnt want to wait any more.

He couldnt agree more and we planned to get married that weekend.

We had already bought everything we needed to pull off a small wedding which is what we both wanted.

That day was the happiest day of my life! We both had all the people that mattered to us most there. Roses surrounded all of us. It was just beautiful!

We said our vows and that was it. We were Mr. and Mrs. Beckford!
